Job Description

Hexadecimal Software is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees who will undergo structured training in applied engineering practices, production systems, printing technologies, and operational workflows. Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month and an internship completion certificate during the training period.

Roles and responsibilities

• Undergo structured training in engineering systems and production workflows
• Assist in operating and understanding modern printing and production machines
• Support quality control and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, operations, and product
• Document learnings, processes, and improvement ideas
• Participate in troubleshooting and basic maintenance activities
• Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Hands-on academic projects or workshop exposure is a plus
