Job Description

Hexadecimal Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager for its real estate product HexaHome. This role focuses on scaling lead conversion, driving subscription sales, building partnerships with agents and builders, and executing practical growth strategies. The ideal candidate takes ownership of revenue growth and works closely with the founder to scale the platform.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into paid subscription customers
  • Drive sales of HexaHome plans to property owners, agents, and builders
  • Design and execute scalable growth and revenue strategies
  • Build and manage partnerships with brokers, builders, and real estate agencies
  • Optimize sales funnels and lead nurturing processes
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve conversion and retention
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve results

Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience with lead conversion and funnel optimization
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS or marketplace business models
  • Growth mindset with execution-first approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
