Job Description

Hexadecimal Software is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems and infrastructure, ensuring performance and reliability. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, including Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, and cloud services like AWS. Your expertise in building efficient APIs, optimizing backend systems, and designing scalable database schemas will directly contribute to the success of our products. If you have a proven track record of solving real-world problems with innovative and high-performance solutions, we want to hear from you. Note: This role is exclusively for experienced professionals; freshers are not eligible.

Roles and responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable APIs and robust database schemas for large-scale systems
• Optimize backend services and database performance to meet high-traffic demands
• Develop and manage caching strategies to enhance responsiveness and scalability
• Deploy and maintain backend services and infrastructure on cloud platforms
• Solve real-time, scenario-based challenges with innovative solutions
• Ensure system security, reliability, and efficiency across all layers of the stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable backend systems

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of React.js for frontend integration and seamless API consumption
• Expertise in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB, and caching systems like Redis
• Hands-on experience with cloud services: AWS EC2, ECS, SQS, Load Balancer, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of scalable database schema design and real-world architecture patterns
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable APIs
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for backend deployment and infrastructure management

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in delivering real-world projects with measurable impact
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience in architecting scalable, high-performance backend systems
