Job Description

HexaHome is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to handle our brand's online presence across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will focus on growing followers, increasing engagement, and managing creative campaigns around real estate trends, PGs, co-living options, and our app features.

Roles and responsibilities

• Create, plan, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories across all platforms
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach
• Run real estate campaigns highlighting app features and user success stories
• Collaborate with content/design team to create visually appealing creatives
• Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve performance
• Stay updated with social media trends and real estate industry updates
• Engage with followers through comments and direct messages

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
• Proven ability to grow followers and engagement organically
• Creative thinking and strong content ideation skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and insights
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
• Knowledge of running paid ad campaigns on Meta/LinkedIn (optional)
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Experience working with real estate or lifestyle brands
• Video editing and reel creation skills
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
