About Red Fort
Red Fort, also known as Lal Qila, is a 17th-century Mughal fortress in Old Delhi built by Shah Jahan. A symbol of India’s independence, it hosts the national flag hoisting on August 15 and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning red sandstone architecture.
